*Teeny Storybook Ballet

Teeny Storybook Ballet is the youngest of our Storybook Ballet classes and is perfect for children ages 2-3.

In this magical class, children are introduced to the graceful art of ballet intertwined with the wonder of storytelling and creative movement. Most classes will begin with the reading of a story, and the movement that follows is inspired by that story. This class teaches basic ballet steps and gross motor skills, while captivating your child’s imagination through storytelling, the use of props and age appropriate music. From tiptoeing through fairy-tale adventures to fluttering like butterflies in a garden, each step is a delightful journey into imagination.

We find that sometimes our Teeny dancers need extra support in the transition from their “grown-up” being in the room with them, to being outside the room watching. At Element, we understand the nuances of this delicate age and will work with you to meet your child where they’re at. For that reason, this class is an optional parent participation - meaning that if your dancer needs you in class, you can jump right in! (We do ask that if you are joining in, please do participate in the class. It will motivate your dancer and you won’t miss out on the fun!). Join us as we twirl, leap, and weave tales of wonder in this exciting class!
