Element Pre-Professional Program (PPP) is an invite only program that aims to bridge the gap between studio training and the professional world.  Offered to students who show potential for training above and beyond, Element PPP is designed to provide the skills, perspective, and insight necessary to pursue professional opportunities in dance as an educator, performer or choreographer. Participants will take an extra class each week of technical training in various styles, learn about the dance world outside of the scope of movement, as well as receive the individual attention necessary to fine tune the artistry of their dance.

PPP includes a variety of unique opportunities for students to learn and grow into effective dance professionals. Participants might be found organizing a year-long performance project, shadowing other dance classes of various ages, or dancing alongside their teachers!

Under the Direction of Janelle Warren Konowal and Brittney McCarthy, dancers are selected for the program on an individual basis, and must be 12+ to be considered for this program.
